Filling Times With Poker And Other Mobile Games

Posted on: 4 July 2019

Cellphones are everywhere and there is little that you can't do with them these days. One of the most common ways to fill a few minutes while waiting for something is to pull out your phone and pick a mobile game to play.

Poker and Gambling Games

Poker is one game that has really gained popularity in the last few years. With many different apps on the market that allow the player to spend time playing for free, to variations of the same game that allow players to play for money, the online poker app is appealing to people from many different walks of life.

Watch out if you play poker online with other players. Some players are extremely good at the game and if you are playing for money, make sure you stick to your disposable cash limit or you could end up losing a lot of money on a multiplayer mobile poker app.

Puzzle Games

Another very popular genre of online or mobile games is puzzle games that will test your thought process, critical thinking, and dexterity. Some of these puzzles seem so simple but are very difficult and can take hours to solve. For some players, the puzzles can't get hard enough for them, while other people give up very quickly. In either case, the puzzle is not supposed to be simple so be ready to put your thinking cap on if you are going to play these games.

Kids Games

Often people will download games for their kids to their mobile device in order to entertain the kids in a situation like sitting in a waiting room for long periods of time. There are some great educational options available for kids, many of which do not appear to be teaching the child from their point of view. The game may be forcing them to use math, spelling, critical thinking, or problem solving to play the game.

Free and Paid Games

There are many free games available for your mobile device but the best ones are typically paid versions that the developer offers for a few dollars on one of the many app stores around the web. The paid games do not come filled with annoying ads and are often constructed better, have more support if the game doesn't work right, and are available on several platforms.

If you have an idea for a mobile game, there are many developers that are open to working with people to build a game for them. If the game idea you have is a good one in the developers eyes, they may be willing to build it for youa nd work out a deal to sell it and split the profits with you.
